Mi experiencia fue de lo más placentera, es un lugar cómodo, accesible, agradable, el anfitrión es muy atento y amable, el lugar es limpio, tiene una excelente ubicación, sin problema alguno. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para hacer una estancia agradable y cómoda.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Valladolid. Alfonso ist ein toller Gastgeber – bei unserer Ankunft hat er sich viel Zeit genommen und uns alles ausführlich erklärt. Besonders angenehm fanden wir, dass es direkt Wasser sowie Seife und Shampoo zum Start gab. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über eine Herdplatte, einen Kühlschrank und ausreichend Geschirr, sodass man problemlos selbst kochen kann. Auch warmes Wasser zum Duschen war jederzeit vorhanden. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Unterkunft. Die Gegend ist ruhig und auch abends sehr sicher, alle Straßen sind gut beleuchtet. Zu Fuß braucht man etwa 10–15 Minuten bis zum Park im Zentrum. Alfonso hat uns sogar zur Cenote Suytun gefahren und gibt generell sehr gerne hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei ihm in Valladolid übernachten. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Excelente lugar, todo muy limpio y muy bonito, cuenta con su cocina, refri, cafetera, etc. Muy buena ubicación, todo está cerca, el anfitrión una excelente persona, muy amable y servicial, nos atendió muy bien, nos brindo información de lugares a visitar. Toda la estadía estuvo maravillosa.
Muy confortable, limpio y en buenas condiciones, los dueños de los departamentos siempre están al pendiente de cualquier eventualidad, si están de paseo o por trabajo en Valladolid no duden en hospedarse en Chan k'iin 100% lo recomiendo!!
Si quieres disfrutar de un espacio confortable y seguro, estos departamentos son idóneos para ocupar con la familia. De antemano agradezco la atención inmediata del buen amigo Alonso, que desde un principio estuvo al pendiente de lo requerido. Mi familia estuvo satisfecha por las instalaciones pero sobretodo por la ubicación en la que se encuentra: cerca del centro de la ciudad y a unas cuadras del mercado. Oxxo, farmacia, comida, entre otra cosas son a las que se tiene acceso una vez instalados en esas habitaciones. Sin duda, recomiendo ampliamente Chan K'iin Departamentos y desde luego nosotros estaremos de vuelta. Gracias por todo!
Our stay was delightful. Alonso was an outstanding host for us. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and a very good deal for the money. We had all the conveniences one could want, including air conditioning and a very well outfitted small kitchen. The location was great. Alonso went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He sent us information about places to see in the area and was generally one of the kindest people we met on our trip to Mexico. We can't recommend this place enough!
